Semi Private Pro Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Semi Private Pro Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of our services and your rights as a subscriber.
2. Subscription and Billing
Monthly Subscription: Our subscription service is billed at $415 per month. Payments are processed automatically on a recurring monthly basis, starting from the date of your initial subscription.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month, unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy below.
3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription, you must send an email to zach@semiprivatepro.com with the subject line: "Cancel".
48-Hour Notice: Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming month. If a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the next billing date, your subscription will be canceled effective the following billing cycle.
Refund Policy: You may cancel your subscription within 3 business days of your initial purchase to receive a full refund. After this 3-day window, no refunds will be issued.
4. No Contractual Agreements
There are no long-term contracts or term agreements associated with your subscription. You may cancel at any time according to the cancellation policy outlined above.
5. No Refunds After Cancellation Period
Except as specified above, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided beyond the 3-business-day cancellation window.
6. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
